Synopsis

In 2009 director Mizgin Müjde Arslan set out to search for her father, whom she never knew. He participated in the Kurdish guerrilla movement shortly after she was born. What kind of man was he? she wonders. The film documents her journey, which took her from her childhood home in Mardin to Makhmour Refugee Camp.
