Xali Meheme, denbêj singer

In Diyarbakir, the dengbêj singer Xale Meheme (Mehmet Tanrıverdi) died in the earthquake, along with his wife and three children. Their bodies were recovered from the rubble of the Diyar Galeria on February 13. Watch this video about him from two years ago
