Lara Dizeyee started designing her own line of Kurdish couture after spending far too long being unable to find the right designs, prints, and styles that could capture and fully express the richness of Kurdish culture. Her designs express and reflect her feelings towards her motherland and show how beautiful traditional Kurdish clothing can be. Lara was interviewed by Xeyal Qertel in February 2026.
