Myles B. Caggins III comes from a military family. In 2019, during Operation Inherent Resolve, the global coalition to defeat Islamic State, Colonel Caggins was spokesperson, working in the communications sector.  It was in that capacity, in Iraq, that he got to know Kurdish people and build connections with them. Here he talks about that part of his life and shares his plans for the future.
