\"SeyedDirector’s biography:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

Seyed Payam Hosseini was born in 1990 in Sanandaj, in Iranian Kurdistan. He made his first film in 2008, then graduated from the one-year course of the Iranian Youth Cinema Association. He is managing director of Panah Film Independent\u00a0 Cinema Institute, as well as executive secretary and organizer of Panah National Film and Short Screenplay Festival.<\/span><\/p>

His short film <\/span>The Kites<\/span><\/i> received special mention in Generation KPlus at the 70th Berlinale Film Festival (2020). He served as first consultant for the Abbas Kiarostami International Short Film Festival in Berlin.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
