It&#8217;s in Sorani, with English subtitles.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cem\u00eel Mefaxir\u00ee (Jamil Mafakheri) was born in 1975 in Sanandaj, Rojhelat\/Iranian Kurdistan. He started art activities in 1991.
